Geggenar's Goblin song bugging subsequent songs

Issue Description:
Following a use of Geggenar's Golden Gurgle of Goblin Gutting, anyone that's been affected by it, is unable to get the effects of bard songs of any kind.
Relogs have been attempted by me and an affected player, but no dice.
I still get the effects myself though. -
Should note, I was hold this could be subrace related, but one other person, who I don't think has a subrace, also experienced the bug.

No idea. He plays the song. I get the buff from it. Then he swaps song (i.e. fury song or default) and the ppl that had the old song cant get the songs.
Also noticed this didn't happe when just goblin song was used, except on me. Only got the song the first time. Any other uses gave me nothing.

@SpiffyMeister its not restricted. It's the anti-goblin song.
