It's a mining town, not a tourist town. They dont have an inn.

I think the idea was just to add a small outside tent to pay and rest at, like they have up in Thunderholme and stuff. Outside of people having an odd disposition to not want quality of life changes, is there any reason NOT to add this in?

Thunderholme have one as it was in the past 20 areas into the mountains
The minor settlements dont have inns, as we didnt want to set up an inn at every tiny settlement

Would need some consideration if we want all settlements to offer this or not, as that would surely follow

I've never had an issue with just creating a fire and "camping" in smaller settlements. I don't think that's actually needed.

You can pay the vendors there to ged a bedroll and tinder if you don't have them already IIRC, for pretty much the exact same effect .
Probably slightly cheaper than paying to rest somewhere on average actually.

                      That's fair.

Irondrake Rock has one because it is way up in the mountains, which makes some sense. Bospir has an inn because it's an actual town.
Settlements like Redwood, Slindyke, and Hillmarch dont have them and are so close to other places that actually have inns, that this doesnt seem necessary.
