1). Dhampyr / Bard /Neutral Evil / New character / Kalypso Redshard
2). Dhampyr
3). The character will have blood and / or related cravings of course not as strong as a normal but vampire but enough to make me act as antagonist. Find a dodgy faction to attach myself to, embracing the Dhampyr lineage, convince / trick / seduce people to give me their blood, hopefully act as an antagonist to the Precept. Similar such plans and ideas

Wasn't sure if it's app lite, but I felt like they just said 'i am a tieflibg who has a tail and horn' rather than anything about their personality or story

Because I thought that's what Prof said when we made them? But looking at the player resources, it's listed under app-lite, so my mistake.

I mean, from its subrace bonuses, it looks like it's no stronger than the other +1 ecl races so I was just confused

This app doesn't hold the standards of an app, she needs to give more thought on it tbh.

How this reads to me:

Drink/collect blood
act like a vampire
maybe join a ravens (that's the only dodgy faction, lets be real)
be a problem for the Precept

I'm not saying no, and I'm sure the player is great, but I'd like a few details, is all.

I realize these are app-lites and not full apps, but a bit more would be nice.

I do wish it was a little more, but it kinda seems like the norm ATM. I seem to remember making elaborate apps for stuff like this in the past and being met with bemused annoyance and told that it really isn't necessary to have such an elaborate application for ECL +1.

I'm all for changing the rules. I just think the optics will be, "the dms said no and changed the rules on apps a day later."

I do enjoy the meme of the ECL 1 application process being changed because of one shitty redrose app tho.

Personally, if we had another dhampyr active ATM, or if they wanted to play a good aligned one, I'd be like nah. But it seems like they're following the vague instructions provided: demonstrate you know what it means to play x, cool ur in.
