Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: So on some items in tailoring, the item has charges, despite, you know, not having an ability for said charges. Just a minor thing I noticed.

@foley Probably because it was copied/edited from an item that did have cast spell on it. It doesnt break anything, so technically not a bug.
