Issue Description: I've started experiencing game crashes shortly after entering/ exiting King's Plaza and when entering and exiting buildings in King's Plaza. This has never happened before. Did not experience this in other areas of the city.

Issue resolved with v7175, bad resized placeable so changed it for something else.
