Yes, I can confirm that. Ports you to ZQA: Arabel: Upper Brewery as a one-way trip. Additionally, I was just walking around the heroine figure (queen lair, one transition down from the area with the tent) and was ported back to ZQA: Arabel: Upper Brewery
