3). A general outline of goals, plans, or storylines to pursueI currently have NO idea what's going on in game so my goal outlines will be very general.
-Spread the glory of Malar through hunts, the greater the enemy the better.-Hunt PCs who have shamed or offended Malar, not to FD but only to scar
-Dominate monstrous tribes in the area under my banner, through force, intimidation or subtlety, depending on the tribes. Keep this secret if possible to use as a surprise if anything calls to it.-The only plot i know of in game is Purple dragons moving in on a forest, not sure if Hullack or another. Keep them out by force OR play them against other factions to weaken their advance. This can be done by bribing/intimidating PCs in said faction(s?), frame one faction for crimes against the other, attacking their patrols, caravans, PCs. But the point is to keep them out by any means, the wilds belong to Malar and Malar alone.
-Slowly but surely write the book of Blood. A book that can only be written in the ink made from blood of slain foes. Only worthy foes count. Makes this book known to all as it is written, sometimes going as far as to attack people, subdue them, only to force them to listen to me recite my own deeds, or those of another Malarite and make them promise to print this. Even provide them with the gold to do so (Softens the blow of hurt pride through subdual). The book is only finished once i die.
-Take the title "Herald of the black blood" and make sure that i am the voice of Malar. I will be looking to encourage other Malarites to do great deeds to write of them as well, but the same conditions apply, the ink MUST come from blood of a slain or defeated foe. I will not try to be the "alpha" or dominate other lycans unless they challenge me first, in fact, i will be looking to push them forward, which, while it is an unusually unselfish trait for a were, it it is still within the instincts of a WOLF. (This applies only to exceptions npc lycans or PCs, not any random weremonster.)

I mean it's cliche but I guess it works.I also see why he suggested the recent Bard Song Duration and Lesser Heroism changes.

I am fine with it as long as he brings the rest of the Lycans under his heel.
I want him to challenge them as their Alpha. If he did then maybe he will make Verk and Cadiz go out of their own comfort zones. -

I am reluctant to approve this.
CB has not been an active contributor so would like to see him play something consistently for a bit first.
We already have two were-wolf IG and a whatever were-boar from Joe. That's a significant percentage of the player base so that alone would make me a no.

I agree with strife, though. IF (and that's a big "IF") this gets approved he needs to challenge the other two right off the bat.

In fairness I asked him sometime ago for help with class tweaks. Timing is suspicious but the ideas were good. Can't fault anyone for that. :D

Also, if this does get approved he needs to be told that the ECL is 2 and that he does not get to say shit about changing it. The end.

Vote yes because the players need a shakeup, even if for a week or two max until CB gets bored.

Voted yes based on what Strife and Echo said. Must challenge and cause PVP from the start.
If not, then he's got 14 days to do something or concept's over. Sound good?

Imposing some two week to awesome rule seems not so necessary. CB is pretty good at self regulating and usually drops his PCs that don’t work out. He of all people probably doesn’t need encouragement to be even faster to jump into conflict than he already is.
CB has also been a regular here for decades, I don’t see a point to asking him to play something else “first”, dude has already played everything under the sun
