Vial of Werewolf Blood missing name

Issue: Blood taken from werewolves using the blood ritual dagger doesn't seem to label the item correctly. Screenies attached for reference.

Very old code that no one updated it in years. Can be fixed, but will need to be refactored first.

Uploaded a refactored version of the entire code.
Please check it now and also check to make sure its behaving like before.

Once we know its working properly I will merge with the current module version.

Should be completely fixed and merged with module as of V6921.
