Possible issue with Fugue respawn

Issue Description:
Possibly two issues.
1)died last night, respawned and ended up at body though I thought I chose City. (Might very well have been user error, would not start looking into this unless others are having it)
2)Abundance of caution, stayed in the fugue overnight. When respawned tonight, I was timed out. When I could log in again, was in temple in city. Other folks timed out so could be something else.

Happened again. Timed out again. Lost XP. Stayed in the fugue.

• Was here timeout massive lag as well?
• Any reasons displayed in right hand console?
