Stormhorns and Hullack Grove no spawn

Issue Description:

There is no set spawn location thing to click on in the stormhorns grove.

Also the hullack grove spawn point is still sending you to Redwood grove after reset

Deleted the placeable, put down a new one, same with waypoint. Test again after v6716 loads

I haven't been to the Hullack. That place scares me.

Send me to Redwoods. Will talk to the Hullack spawn point setter again though and see if it just needs to be refreshed again.

Both areas have the same ResRef. Duh!
Will fix next update.

Can confirm fixed, as of current version on login I logged in at the Hullack Grove as I was supposed to.
