Empowered Blistering Radiance only does 2 damage

Issue Description:
The owl didn't seem to have any fire DR/DI as my ray of fire and fireball weren't reduced, so I can only assume empowering Blistering Radiance breaks it.
Also the last two damage ticks show the random reduction in DC by 6.

It's supposed to do d6 dmg per level divided by 2. So xd6/2 = y *1.5

What? The spells forum page says it does 2d6 damage per round per level, which is what the normal spell does (2-12 damage per round)
Empowered it just does 2 damage per round, so it's broken.

Yea I was wrong.

2d6 per round so 2d6*1.5 per round
