Respawn from Fugue buffed

Issue Description:

Was able to make my character invisible in the fugue plane and upon choosing to respawn at corpse (surrounded by enemies) invisibility wasn't removed. Character made invisible with an oversized bottle of invis (loot drop).

Tested with a Sorcerer today, he was able to respawn buffed and with a summoned badger at the ready.

No one stated that it was fixed, so it's safe to assume it's still broken.

Please avoid metagaming this bug.
