Get rid of fog of war in Arabel's city districts.

The main district areas of Arabel shouldn't have fog of war for minimap purposes.
I'm not sure what the reasoning was for having it in the first place, but I think it would go a long way towards making the server new player friendly if they could figure out what's where in the city's main districts without having to run around for an hour to clear the fog.

Maybe it was just enabled by default and wasn't changed. But I agree, fog of war in the city districts should not be a thing.

However if you have a Map of Arabel in your inventory, all should be revealed. -
Only issue I've had with using the map of arabel item, is that by the time I realized there was one, or where to get it. I didn't need it badly enough to bother getting it anymore.
I'm worried new players might quit the game out of frustration before they find out the issues that bothered them had a fix available.

Just remove the fog of war. It's not worth keeping it.

Issue is that I use it as a tutorial for how to use the map system. You need to find 1 placeable in each district, and you got a map. Or you buy a map of Arabel like Echo said.
But I can move the map tutorial elsewhere I guess.
If someone wanna remove it go ahead, I got no idea how. -

If you don't like it, you don't need to use it. But some people do, so you can go away and be quiet.
