Many aided the Wildwalkers yesterday in regaining grounds in the Helmlands. A war camp is now established, which will upon the wars completion be Ursula's grove. The losses were many, in supplies and strength. A new dawn is approaching the Helmlands, and I am proud to see the House of the Morning and so many others aiding the Wildwalkers with the cleansing of the once forsaken land.

    Apprentice,

He did say he can attempt to put his knowledge to writing, but he also warned us that he could not be certain all are true loyalist to the crown, instead of faking such allegiances to catch spies in the midst of the Duke's forces.

It can still be attempted of course.

With renewed co-operation on the council this project is now my main focus arcane wise

Should it work as expected it shall be a formidable line breaker.

I shall be in contact with Tanya to see what assistance she needs if any and suggest we aid her should she locate this Rogue Creator

As you say, Apprentice Iverlesk, where the enemies wellbeing is concerned; not our monkey, not our circus. However, my Brother Skulls will likely be next in line behind the Fellowship and they are not acceptable breakage.

A device will be necessary to focus and enhance the casting. It may also help our cause to have foci to ensure the casting is drawn and contained/delivered to the right area. I have a few ideas regarding materials.

There is clearly a pause in writing, drips of ink staining the space between paragraphs. The last line is written hastily

I may have an appropriate component for this closer to hand than I would have realised.

    For clarification,

Even goodly churches, under strict observation, summon devils demons and lower plane entities, for their trainees to fight. Nothing beats live practice upon a target. And proper precautions are definitely made to prevent release.

House Mossmere is the preeminent magical authority of the city, and can be trusted to do this properly or not at all.

Any slander of the house will be considered a crime, though I suspect that Archer has more on us played to worry about.

    Wildwalker Barra,

We are not a law making body. We are a military council to help advise the king and commander in making decisions in regards to the war.

If you want this dispensation, speak with a crown guard.

If one is not available in a reasonable amount of time, I will refer you to a higher ranking officer.

    Very well Dame Drakesbane.

Whilst plans are made I shall focus on the investigation into the heinous sabotage of our previous plans.

It is a shame that due to the marches being inaccessible we don't have a good place to test the prototype dismissal sphere.

With the instability and blockage of the mine passage to the Marches, no opions that were put up for vote are vaiable any longer. We should focus on The Assault upon Griffin Hill for now.

The Crowns Guard has arrested him and charged him with treason, the Obsidian Skulls agreed to bring him to trial in a week's time.

If he is found guilty or innocent will be determined then.

Till then, a new Councilor from the Skulls will be appointed.

This is not a matter for the Council of 12.

Please support Najeem coming onto the Council with one of the Merit seats, Whilst so far has not done much towards the war he has done much for the Kingdom as a whole, He was a vital part in your campaign against the lycan Wraithhowl whose death has made the kingdom safer.

I am certain he would have ideas on plans that would aid with the war efforts, The more voices we have on the council the more ideas get shared and more options and plans we can make

    Councilor Volkov,

I won't lie and state that the risk isn't there- if an emergency of national scale takes place- we may find the need to renegotiate payment to the Obsidian Skulls. This risk, however, is always there- regardless if it's this plan, or some other measure we take in the future. This plan may enhance this risk, however, Arabel would ultimately honor its debts, the Obsidian Skull will be paid, but it may not be as swiftly as they would otherwise wish.

In lieu of this, certain things may be on the table for negotiation- titles, lands, and privileges that may otherwise be irredeemable to other mercenaries. We value your contributions and the information your owners have given to our armies to wage a successful campaign against your former Employer.

Secondly, as for the Archmage being a Charlatan...

Well, I wish he was, it'd make my life easier, because every time he pokes his nose into kingdom affairs, entire regions get turned into Mushroom forests, and other calamities occur.

    Sincerely,

    Dame Drakesbane

They should give us adequate time to delay and respond to any threat that passes that way.

We could commit more resources and block this avenue of passage if you desire, it depends on whether you believe we will win the war or not i suppose.

If we force Tilverton onto a back foot then this passage is an asset to our troops, if we are forced back we can still achieve Mordecai's proposal as we retreat.

I thought that it a better option to expend our resources in a more effective manner.

This plan has merit, if we simply wish to deny access to our land's via the eastern marches.

It will focus the conflict on Griffin Hill and our forces not to have to worry about sortie is coming from the region. It is also much, much cheaper on our coffers.

The status quo in the region will largely remain the same however, and the arch mages schedule may not permit us to make use of his service in the near future to resolve the regions instability in terms of planar shenanigans.

I await Glendur's proposal then we put it to a vote.

I am certain the Arcane Guild will be welcome to aid defend from the planar forces.

More who can help banish them so the frontliners will have less to contend with will be a big boon

I would presume that we would strengthen the ward whilst Tilverton is under siege, Thus vastly reducing the chance of them being able to sneak out via the Wondergrange and Marches

Perhaps Ser Cormaerils Senior Retainer Vandern could set traps from the wondergrange to the Marches to discourage people and Barra and Najeem take some ferocious animals to the wondergrange to further discourage people attempting such

    Iverlesk,

You made numerous assertions about the church of Cyric on the mission to save the Misrim girl. If you are simply going deny it, that is your choice. I will have no faith in your leadership to make these decisions, however.
