I do not see a way to change an item from main hand to off-hand. If anyone knows of a way, I will do it, but for now this isnt a fixable bug.

Seems to be fixed
The encounter triggers are set up for swamp creatures. Satyrs, stags and snakes are all in the "swamp" CARES list. Not a corruption, just an oddity. We do not have a separate 'sewers" CARES list.
