Also the funny way the area works is that the dragon statue is resized, but the 2da hit box is the same, which makes for strange behavior, I'll try a fix for it.
Potion rewards will be moved to NPC reward eventually for other quests, please report if you find potions elsewhere

We removed the area guard system for the kenky and simply put the bird there. If you wish to update the messengers, update instances from the palette.
Short-term fix in place until her quest is ready.

Tested this tonight. PC was killed and in fugue Server reset PC spawned in fugue after reset

Crashed when leaving the Elven embassy, relogged and spawned in the right place.
