Certain things, however- do require a DM.

Summoning Demons/Monstrous Outsiders.
Animating the Dead
Summoning Spirits
Wild Animals that are clearly dangerous

And so on.

It's still civilized. The gangs won't appreciate diabolists, necromancers, or infernalists running around openly flaunting their powers. They don't 'care' if you keep it in a hidden base or in the sewers, but if they feel threatened, they will respond.

Just bumping this …

Due to the new exploration areas that have been IG for sometime now, that players have now started to pick up on. I ask you not to exploit these areas.

These areas are no different to any other area on the server like the Haunted Halls as quotes above.

Please do not farm these areas, as with the above post there will be consequences.

It is also important to state that any events that took place from the auction announcement until the auction, and related to it are retconned and never really happened.

Metagaming information about other characters you are perhaps in conflict with is pretty bad, can really break stories and possibly end characters.
