To the Leadership and all Fellow Templars

A recent situation in which Brave adventurers of Arabel lent their aid alongside members of the Templars occurred in the Knightswood

Demons, Bandits and Beings of Shadow were spotted and engaged with at Fort Etharr within the Knightswood. The demons were aided my masses of Cultists who summoned them forth. It seems as though the Demons, and Cultists were after the Fort upon initial entry into the Knightswood.

The Adventurer's smashed through their lines, pushing forward to the Fort, taking down the fields of Demons that were brought forth. Before themselves laying siege to the Fort and dispatching the Bandit Leader, after which a Key was gained to delve deeper.

Within the depths of the tower central to the Fort, we were beset by more creatures of the Abyss, undead, and aspects of Shadow. It had remnants of Jergalite monuments to the dead, and seems as though the beings had defiled them for their rituals.

Moving forth in the bowels of the Fort, we found tears in the Weave, fabric of Realmspace ripping before our very eyes with black tendrils coming forth, likely leading to the Abyss from which many of the creatures derived. We also found ledgers, and notes regarding a Scholarly group that had been investigating these methods, and found it had gone beyond their control. But they had constructed circles in which to contain the threat, and keep it so if they were reinforced. It seems it had not for some time, or the Cultists weakened it. We do not know.

Many of the Adventurer's sacrificed items of great power or capability to help strengthen the wards of the circle, to bring the tears in the weave back into control. If possible I would ask the Leaders to thank them on their behalf for aid against such threat.

I would also ask the Order to keep a close eye on the Fort, for anymore threats to the tampering of the Wards, and other Templars may organize dispatches to go forth and strengthen them more. But we will require objects of power, and it may be in our best interest to propose a bounty for such items to take with.

With kind regards, Moonsworn Ellatria Ruil'Dulbael

You say a "Scholarly group" was mentioned in notes there. Could this have been the Royal College, or scholars hired by them, perhaps?

Adventurers strengthened these warding circles did they, and you want them thanked?
        No. They should be ashamed.

These things should have been cleansed and destroyed utterly, wards fail, flame prevails.

          Father Ignatius,

If you have the knowledge on how to "destroy and cleanse" what appears to have been a hole in the fabric of our plane of reality, please share. We have been given no information or training at all.

Perhaps you could offer some measure of advice so we can handle these problems correctly in the future.

Seek out relics of fire, seek out rubies, visit the region known as the Molten Labyrinth. There you shall find what we seek, but truly Templar, we must destroy evils and trust that our order can work miracles you would not yet understand when you turn to us for counsel and guidance.

In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

            NO SPITTING.

            DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.
