Starting area merchant changes

It might be worth making the starting merchant buy back items at sale price, new players might be buying the wrong thing. Also, it might be worth making the stock levels unlimited if possible, I've bought a bunch of things, crashed and come back naked and the items are gone from the merchant as well.
