Firebrand scroll missing from the NPC scroll vendors

It seems the Firebrand scroll has been removed; I have not checked the others but there seem to be a few less lines of scrolls in the shopping window. Can it please be returned, as well as the others that may have disappeared?
ShadowRealm said Inowanna had taken them out because they were selling at 1/3rd of of the regular price but when I was buying them, their price was exactly like the price of other circle 5 scrolls so something must have broken it?

@Eraamion Replaced, but cost had to be adjusted since its CL is 15; we want it there for a wizard who wants to buy it as a spell to learn - but not as a consumable at this power level that people can stockpile.
