      Issue Description: Quest description lists the target as Erika Tumbleweed in Collinwood. RIP Collinwood. Not sure where the target Erika Tumbleweed is now located, but the quest text needs updating to reflect that (I didn't see her in new Hillmarch content, so I assume she's in Eveningstar or removed).
