DMless Event Starting

Connected to this post here if you want to read it, is the beginning of a simple DMless event that will be on-going for about two-weeks.
https://forums.cityofarabel.com/topic/68825/bounty-azure-diamondsDMs will be hiding Azure Diamonds around the module, if you find one, the most obvious thing to do with it is to turn it into the NPC Axel Quint for the 800 gold bounty. But maybe you have your own ideas?
Each reset, gems can be found hidden in new spots (on quests, in areas, or dropping on events).
Just a simple thing to give you all even more things to poke around and explore the module for over the next two weeks.
That said, there's IC effects here too. If you find a Azure Diamond and turn it in, send me a screenshot. There's a certain number of these that need to be found, and turned in or it'll bring about consequences - and players may find their own uses for these, which can lead to any manner of consequences.
