Bosses on Haunted Mansion and Save the Beer

Both these boss fights give a low level boss a flat DR of 5/- (near as I can tell).
On higher level quests, boss fights don't even have that. Honestly and just speaking for me, but it doesn't really make these fights challenging; just makes them take time.
I'd really suggest that the ghost keep its incorporeal but lose its DR (or get a % DR instead of the flat 5/-) or keep its DR, since allips/wraiths have it - but cut its HP in half.
To make it a challenge, maybe, toss in the phase affect that Phase Spiders get and give it a touch attack like Vampiric Touch.
I'd suggest the satyr loses DR completely. Then maybe turn him into a boss you can interact with, novel way to end the quest is a "drink off" with him. ;) Dunno, just some ideas.
