Please can these traps be reviewed? Just did this quest with 2 of us and I burnt through loads of healing kits and antidotes and still ended up with a con of 3 when buffed. I went to run back to hillmarch to get a restoration potion before my con buff ran out which would kill me and got killed by a crag cat because my HP was so low. Not very happy, thought this was supposed to be an easy quest!

I was the other person and will add

        • The poison traps are high frequency.
        • Failed to see even one/not sure the search check required
        • Between the cloud effect, the spawns with the grease castings and the special stuff on the ground, seemed impossible to avoid
        • The number of saves vs primary and secondary poison essentially means you are going to fail eventually and repeated.

        Suggestion

        • Review the number of traps and if they are overlapping
        • Some alternate trap types for variety. They are ogres etc but spike traps and tangle traps shouldn't be a stretch if they are doing the gas.
        • Review and possibly lower the search check to find them
        • Add antidote potions to the loot table

On the same topic, they're all over the trolls quest too.

Poison traps are tough because you fail your save and you don't just lose half your HP, you have half your HP.

I love seeing poison traps on some quests, but sparing with those things. They're super lethal and will feel like the cheapest way to die since its a race to hit your antidote potion.

But unless the quest has a good solid poison theme to it, 1 or 2 is probably more fair (like you should see them in the fungal ruins, or minor ones on goblin quests) but the ones on the troll quest dropped me from 101 HP to 48 instantly.

I'm also not sure what level trap these are, just based on the CON loss I took, the troll ones are pretty strong and traps don't scale based on 'name' like you'ld expect.

In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

          NO SPITTING.

          DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.
