Increase XP and GP on Owlbear Bounties

Owlbears are tough cookies. In addition, at least half of the owlbears IG don't drop a feather and instead just drop bones. Right now they only give you 5GP and 0XP. Ogre heads and even Goblin ears give you more reward. Suggest upping it to be on par with at least Ogres since Owlbears are more deadly than ogres and rarer.

Owlbears should also spawn outside of quests. Maybe adding a few to the hullack CARES encounters?

there are some owlbears in the mountains, younger ones accompanied usually by frosty orcs

For reference Troll blood is 5xp/5gp at level 7 with ECL... so level 8?
