Reduce the cost of medical herbs

They're presently around 32 coin, a +1 kit is about 35.
One has a chance to remove poison or disease, the other can do that and heal you. I have no idea who increased the cost of basic herbs so highly, but it feels a bit out of whack.

15 GP always made sense. They remove disease/poison, but don't provide healing. It also slows the party down; in the current meta anything that slows the party down is probably worth a price reduction. ;)
