Bounty Hunters will pay for a lot more items now
Each settlement will have a bounty hunter (some may have more than 1).
All bounty hunters will accept the following items:

Ettin Heads
Giant's Heads
Goblin Ears
Kobold Teeth
Malar Panther Paws
Mountain Orc's Head
Ogre's Heads
Orc's Heads

Other bounty hunters will accept thematic items (animal pelts, fish items, fey stuff, etc). See the bounty hunters in the different areas for details.
