Class Backgrounds

Something available on other servers I have played on are class and character backgrounds, which are selectable via the player tool following creation, ie:
Dashing Swordsman:
Level 1: + 2 Taunt
Level 3: +5 Parry
Level 5: + 1 Dodge AC(You get the picture)
I think we had something like this before, but would certainly add a nice bit of flavor to characters.
