A little bit more complicated (sorry!!) but thought of this in relation to the null-magic post (https://nodebb.cityofarabel.com/topic/65289/more-healing-items-that-work-in-null-magic-areas):

          Symbiotic Seaweed:
Harvested from only the most resilient seaweed found in the deeper depths, this living seaweed latches itself onto any wounds in a symbiotic process that is believed to be part of its reproductive cycle. If kept properly fresh in a saline solution, it grants accelerated healing in an entirely non-magical manner.

Effect on use: Heals 1 hp per round for 5d8 rounds.
Harvesting requires using an empty flask on a batch of deep-water seaweed, wherein the seaweed is treated as a single-use resource node that then does not yield any air if harvested in this manner.

            • Lover‘s locket (11 charges; charm person: 1 c/u; Eagle‘s Splendor: 2 c/u; bluff + 1). Might additionally serve as an item that an NPC in Arabel would pay some XP for as a mini-quest or bounty.

            • Ghost Chain. Boost to turning undead (not sure which one); Disrupt undead (7 uses); OUB: Cleric

            • Umberlee‘s Little Wrath: A seashell capable of producing a deafening roar of the waves; Horizikaul's Boom (5 uses)

              Mermaid Crystal Ring
Carved from simple crystal sometimes found at the bottom of lakes, this ring is shaped like a swimming mermaid. The details are intricate and most beautiful.
              11 charges
              eagle splendor 2/c/u
              Trout backstroke 2/c/u
              +1 CHA
(can make a cracked version with 7 charges, and +1 or 2 persuade)

Shark Tooth Charm of [insert type]
A simply carved charm made from the tooth of a shark.
Give 2 or 3 charges of spells related to the theme.
              few ideas:

              • Of the Great White = bull's strength
              • Of the Mako = expeditious retreat or haste
              • Of the Whale = endurance
              • Of the Thresher = dexterity
              • Of the Goblin = blood frenzy?

                • Rusted Full Plate of the Depths. This rusted and barnacle-encrusted full plate armor bears the mark of a famous armor-smith of ancient times. While finding a functional exemplar might convey great protection, this piece is entirely unusable. Perhaps some noble might desire it as a decorative piece? Worth 100 pp.

                  • Glass eye. Once worn by a pirate-captain, this eye still glows with eerie magical power (13 charges: Death Armor, 1 c/u; Blur, 2 c/u; True Seeing, 9 c/u)

                  • Tattered pirate cloak. This tattered and torn cloak is a patchwork of various colors. It should be worthless - yet somehow it still appears to be in pristine condition. Bluff +2, Improved Invisibility (single use).

                        • Consider giving those beautiful pearls and underwater gems that can already be found some value beyond the 5 or 6 gp they seem to tend to be worth (e.g., a bump in gp-value, some added pp-value, or value as a crafting component). Some might perhaps also have a few charges for cantrips.

                          • Mosaic of the sunken city: Fragments of a larger mosaic depicting the outlines of a wondrous sunken city (or another underwater area). Each one is worth 25 pp.

Optional extension: If one tiny fragment is used on another tiny fragment, create a small fragment. Use a small fragment on another small fragment to create a medium fragment. Use two medium fragments to create a large one; and two large ones to created a substantial one. Two substantial ones to create a major fragment. Merge two major ones, to finally grasp the whole mosaic/picture and get a clue or access to a special quest area that can be opened by consuming the mosaic.

In this example, this would require a total of 64 tiny fragments - but drops could of course also include larger pieces. Except for the last step (to open… and create the area), the scripting involved would appear to be simple (?).

                              • Gem-studded Golden cutlass. A cutlass made of pure gold, inlaid with a variety of small gems. This piece may be of impressive artistry yet questionable combat capabilities. Guaranteed to be rust-free. Persuade +2. AB -1. 50 pp.

                              • Seaweed-infested Trident. On-hit: Entangle (DC15).

dont worry about trying to assign PP values. those are calculated as a percentage of the toolset value
