Haunted Ruins Quest Cannot be Finished

Issue Location: Last Chamber near the Empty Tomb placeable
Quest Name: Haunted Ruins

Issue Description:
It is not possible to interact with the Empty Tomb placeable to finish the quest. When clicking on it nothing happens, where before it triggered a conversation.

It worked before the rest so its possible the version or two since 8400 broke something. Hope it helps!
