UMD Discrepancy in inventory vs shop?

Issue Description: I suspect this is likely a core-NWN feature and unavoidable, but I'm throwing it here just in case. Both items are exactly the same, the one on the left (marked usable) is in a PC store while the one on the right (marked unusable) is one I've purchased, which was previously shown as being usable with my current UMD.

I'm guessing this is a result of the price its tagged with in the store versus the value it resorts to when in my inventory; ie, on the left, its priced much lower than its "real" value so its UMD DC is lower.

this seems to be the most reasonable explanation and not sure it's something we can fix without lowering the value of the item (which is based on what it does)
