Merchant Stall signs not showing name of store

Version: 8258

The signs of the merchant stalls arent showing the store name when hired and reading as they can be hired when someone is actually renting them

Looks like a regression introduced in version 8258.
@Puffy will roll back to version 8257 and we will reset and see if the issue was resolved.
