Missing Searchable

This is the fourth floor of the Tessaril's Tower quest. This corner room here has a searchable, but nothing appears upon succeeding the search check.

We got the trigger but nothing appeared.

found it but we are unable to reach it.

what it does is push us off when it appears and when we click it to use, we just walk back and forth in front of it, never being able to use it. We even tried to attack it in melee, to see if it was reachable that way, but we cannot reach for that either.

moved it away from the wall and rotated so you should be able to get it now

the way in is fixed! However, the way out, no. We get stuck between the wall and the trapdoor, similarly to what the way in was doing.
