Treasure chest not spawning loot

I think this has been an issue in the past but the treasure chest at the shipwreck in the area Calantars Road Aunkspear didnt spawn any loot inside it. Not sure if this is something that'll be repeated if the same map drops a second time but will update if it does.

were all party members in the area? Or you were solo?

did you get any kind of server message or error?

We had someone in party that was passed out at the keyboard and forgot to kick him, he was in another zone.. could explain it.

totally explains it. You need everyone in the area else it does not spawn.

Bear in mind also, that some select chests, nooks, containers, etc. have a limited (%) chance to spawn a treasure upon opening every reset.
It's quite possible that the container in question has this limit set. Couldn't tell you offhand. Would need to check.

That's it. With the buried treasure system your whole party needs to be on the map. This is to prevent an exploit.
