The forums say it needs a basic reagent but in game it requires a greater reagent. It also is pretty hard to make at level one despite being a level 2 crafting.

costs 56gp (with flask) to craft via alchemy
costs 80gp to craft via feat
costs 90g to buy in shop

difficulty is based on Dex 30%, Int 35%, Wis35% plus your level of alchemy skill
so it depends on your stats and is different for everyone
