The damage bonus (at level 9 at least) is a bit random. It's not giving 1d6 vs vermin. I've had it give +1, +2, +3, +1d4, when used right after eachother more or less.
Also the damage bonus from this is added to your weapon, which is unfortunate if you have an acid weapon already.
Lastly, the attack bonus is applied to your weapon too, unlike Celestial Concerto.
