Bugged map: Stonelands, Drakenshield's Oasis

Area: Stonelands, Drakenshield's Oasis

Placeables: Giant Head + Ancient Giant Head

Issue: When I mapped the Ancient Giant Head, it was added to the map. However, when I try to map the other one next to it, the Giant Head, I get the following message.

However, it is not added to the map.

I am unable to complete the map and I'm 99.9% sure I tried every placeables around.

There is one more point you missed. I moved it's location and changed it to something more visible.
