Report Collector

When doing the report collector delivery quest in Tilverton, you are told to go speak to Tia in the Cyric Temple, but it doesn't seem like she has the correct dialogue trigger.

It seems I went to talk to this NPC instead, and it continued the quest. I guess it's more of an error of dialogue than actual code.

So, upon even further testing...
It seems the dialogue is all correct, just that Tia's and Crystal's order in the quest are reversed.
