Could perhaps change the bonus feat disarm to bonus feat improved disarm? Regular Disarm give the user a -6 attack penalty and provokes. Since the Discipline check is made vs the attack roll as well, I don't see this landing very often. Even improved disarm is only marginally better, but at least it doesn't punish you for using a feature of the weapon. 😉
