Give Fyevarra a knighthood?

So, Fyevarra leader of the Illuminated Blade has been kicking around for a long while. And I think she's earned the recognition of her faction as an official 'Knightly order.'

Given her connections to Lord Mossmere, and her success in journeying to the Nine Hells to destroy a great threat to the kingdom. I'd say it makes sense for Lord Mossmere to offer her a knighthood under his banner. Both to reward her, but also to make her his vassal and gain some control over her order, which has proven to be very efficient.

• Created a successful order/player faction having had dozens of different members and being involved in several plotlines.

• Has been a big influence on the decisions of several major PCs.

• Spent months researching the planar conflict and other connections to House Goldfeather, excellent researcher as per the purpose of their order.

• Helped create 'Fiendslayer' a magical longsword forged for the sole purpose of destroying devil kind.

• And the big one! Journeyed into Cania, one of the Nine Hells to defeat the Greater Devil responsible for leading the devils assaulting the Tower of Ruin. The conclusion to a long running plotline from which only 3 of the 8 characters survived coming home.

If she'll accept it, sure, but the player always turns down stuff that connects her to NPCs.

What is being discussed as a reward to the player then because seems to be but I'm not sure exactly:

• NPC sponsorship/backing from House Mossmere
• Knighthood
• Custom PrC
• Permanent faction base
• Improving permanent faction base
• A toned down Fiendsword to represent the item they all worked on
• Wages

All for rewarding the player and the group but with what?
