      Issue Description:Found wand in chest in the web filled room near where the dragon mirror is. I was not able to identify. When I picked it up it added about 3300 lbs to my carry. Item showed as wand 1lb. Logged and returned. Wand was gone from inventory, replaced by two Miscellaneous smalls. 4791cfe1-0141-495d-b24a-01ce6f9e2a49-image.png Red X icon. 8b94a918-b3fb-4ab9-9624-1f35f1f1f2fa-image.png Took up one inventory box each. Carry weight was fixed. Items could be moved and dropped.
      When dropped, yellow text said "Lost Item:" without listing item. When picked up, "Acquired Item:"819eb97e-fad9-4817-939c-dc847e106176-image.png

        Hard to replicate this but I maybe found what caused it?
