    Half Elf/Sorc/CE/10/Kold Witness

I would like to apply for a custom familiar, a reskin of my current one, looking like a wraith or a shadow of some kind and named 'Tortured Soul of Zelphar', or failing that 'Tortured Elven Soul' if people are worried about annoying any players.

I would use this familiar purely for flavour to convey messages to adventurers without needing to actually be present. It would essentially be a reskin of my current familiar, probably really easy to kill for any adventurer of any level.

Sure, if someone who knows how wants to take the time to do it.

        this
I mean, it's a cool flavor thing, but does that warrant it?

Told him that for now it is unlikely to happen since we do not have someone who can create this currently.

I can do this if it is still desired...

Just uh, it'd make it available to literally everyone else as well.

@spiffymeister meh i think we have other things to fix, if i'm being honest. just rename an undead as this when they attack eveningstar.

There's an event in coax_events (or similar script name) which occurs when familiars are summoned. It already handles renaming them when a player has used the .familiar name NAME dot command I added.

You could add in a line or two of code which checks for a variable on the character token of their master, which holds the appearance type for the familiar, and then applies that appearance type to the familiar upon being summoned.

It'd probly be about five lines of code ish, maybe?
