Quest End GP/XP

After some recent discussion and suggestions, we have edited the end GP/XP for quests. The old system had no consistency and some quests of the same level range paid differently than others. The upper level quests got a small bump up; a few quests got a small bump down, but now they're even based on level ranges.
Old: GP/XP for quests based on level
4-6: 150/150
4-9: 250/250
4-10: most were 250/250; some were 400/400; at least one was 250/150
6-9: 250/250 (most?);
6-10: 400/400
7-10: 400/400New: GP/XP for quests based on level
4-6: 150/150 (no changes)
4-9: 250/250
4-10: 350/350
6-9: 350/350
6-10: 400/400
7-10: 450/450 -
I didnt change any scaling for levels, only the base numbers.
