Murder x2, Killed Therku and confessed such to councillor Izereth, Killed Councillor Cormack during the spirit dragon debacle
Theft x2, Tried to steal from House Mossmere, Stole from House Hightowers Crypt after being hired to lead a group in to recover something
Impersonation of Authority, One of the Militia made a sending stating by calling himself the 13th councillor he was guilty of this
I do have the hand though it was sent anonymously, but I have Therkus statements naming the attackers.
Myself, Ichabod and Izereth witnessed the Hightower theft.
I am not against making these mushrooms contraband, what are the side effects exactly?

We must consider the very real likliehood of Ercole giving the Lady of Bells the corpse of Therku, As Izereth says Ercole confessed killing him to her.
As for the thefts I will seek statements from Jace of Mossmere and Lucius Hightower

Whilst you may not be fond of Mossmere or Jace, Izereth this is still good evidence

I have no problems accepting evidence from Jace, a little surprised he did though. Guessing he got something out of it.
This looks a lot more like something that the higher council might accept to me, now.

Jenny searches Alaric's body for any information, key to the Manicore's basement, or anything like that, that might be useful to the Council.

It should be noted that Jim and Alaric were captured by Ichabod and Treth of the Precept.
However despite a sending from the lower house speaking of parlay for their release it seems they decided to hire an assassin who threatened the Precept and attacked the palace wounding Treth and Ichabod and allowing Jim to flee.
Before they could free Alaric I thought it best to kill Alaric to send a message to the criminal scum

What was the debt Ursula? I'm sure the Palace guards didn't take all of his belongings for themselves, and so the Palace can return a debt to a valued councillor from the pockets of a dead criminal.
Alternately, if it was gold, I will resolve it for you personally.

We should find out where they get these mushrooms from and eliminate whoever supplies them with them to sell.
Any ideas where the varieties they sell grow Ursula? Can you enquire with the circles

I have learned something from the Lower House member I captured.
The Lower House have someone in their cages, someone they plan to execute. If they are keeping them alive, there must be some ruse or trick they plan with this execution.
The raid should be brought forward to try and save whoever this unfortunate soul is. Those cages are not fit for human habitation.

Further information gained:
The Tymoran Church flipped a coin to decide if they would support the Lower House's "revolution"
They are going to continue to flip a coin each tenday...If they join them, it will be problematic, to say the least.
I make no accusations here, this is information gained from overheard conversations, spoken by people who's life is tricks and schemes.-Izereth.

Does your prisoner know where Jo is hiding?
Killing her as a hero of the last revolution would harm them greatly and may dissaude the Tymorans coin flips
