alter CARES table to reflect lycan prescence

having blighted belladonna, bitten various pcs, and beaten down however many npcs, there has been a dm post about the number of lycans increasing generally but no in game visiblity.
suggestion is add lycans onto the CARES tables to reflect their current dominance.
