Issue Description: Tiffany asked for a Nugget of Copper, a Yellow Mushroom, and a Medium Spider Gland. When I turned in those things she said I had turned in a Skin of a Boar, a Witch Hazel Leaf, and a Black Adder gland. She still paid me but seemed confused about what I had turned in.
