Extended GSF Shield not Extending

Issue Description:

When casting shield with Specialization and GSF Abjuration, base shield works as intended with the new changes, but Extended shield gives an equal duration to base (2 turns/level) rather than the 4 turns/level apparently intended (According to Shark)
