Add a Caravan to High Crimmond

It'd be nice to have a caravan to here, as it's quite a dangerous trek sometimes! Might be nice for expanding the range of possible plottage for that Hullack area.

Canonically the East Way Road actually extends through the entire forest. It’s a well-kept trade route with stations, inns, bridges etc, and connects Arabel to Sembia.
A station near High Crimmond could be neat imo.

High Crimmond is about where I put the red X. It's not near the East Way road enough to warrant a caravan stop.
