Toad Leap/Spider Climb changes reverted?

These changes don't seem to be working anymore? Not a huge problem but still pretty annoying!

Not yet fixed, needs another 2da change, I missed one out...
Needs to have 0x02 (plus 0x08 for item, so it can be cast on items for crafting -so I think that is 0x0a) in the target type column. Not just the T in the range coloumn. Silly me.

Merp... I hate adding these dumb numbers.
Gonna need yet another change, probly just copy whatever is in like... combust. Means you'll be able to cast toad leap on doors and shit but whatever
