Adorned Mithril Armor could use a look

Adorned Mithril Armor gives me what's pictured. I'd strongly suggest it be something more useful than this for being a craft level 15 armor.

I'd suggest something like 20 pounds, +1 ac, 0% arcane spell failure, the social bonuses and maybe a level 2 spell slot for all casting classes. (cleric, pally, bard, wizard and even sorc)

This is the pinnacle of the craft and I think should feel like it for maker and wearer and I think this would get close without breaking item balance.
